Please read these terms carefully. They govern your digital relationship with MakPay and our financial ecosystem.

01. General Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement" or “Terms”) describes the terms and conditions governing the use of your Account, e-Wallet and Cards at MakPay. By purchasing, accepting or using a Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Note: You do not need to log on to your Account to view these Terms and Conditions. They are publicly accessible for transparency.

02. Definitions

ACCOUNT

The digital account associated with your e-Wallet(s) created at the time you signed up to be a MakPay Account Holder.

A2A SERVICE

The service that enables secure on-line payments and/or transfers between MakPay Account Holders electronically.

E-WALLET

The electronic purse holding e-money issued by the Regulated Provider, denominated in INR currency.

03. Card Services

Virtual and Physical Credit Cards are issued by the Regulated Provider. By using any Card, you acknowledge that:

  • Credit cards allow users to borrow money from institutions for purchases.
  • Cards offer rewards, cash backs, and interest-free periods.
  • All Cards are issued to you but may be held and used by your registered users.
